Respectful Documentary Coverage
Discreet, respectful photography to capture sacred moments, key rituals, and family gatherings during your child’s special day. Packages: * Bronze (Day) – 2 hrs, 40 images. Ceremony coverage only. * Silver (Day) – 4 hrs, 80 images. Ceremony + family portraits. * Gold (Day) – 6 hrs, 120 images. Ceremony + reception + group shots. * Bronze (Night) – 2 hrs, 40 images. Evening ceremony. * Silver (Night) – 4 hrs, 80 images. Full coverage after dark. * Gold (Night) – 6 hrs, 120 images. Extended evening event coverage. Hours: * Day: 08:00 - 20:00 * Night: 20:00 - 08:00 **PLEASE NOTE** It is Mandatory to add the travel add-on if the customer is 10+ miles from Manchester. If you book a session beyond 10 miles without adding the travel fee, you will be invoiced separately. Bookings will not be delivered until all fees are paid.
Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once (with at least 24 hours’ notice). If rescheduled more than once, a new booking and payment are required. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. Cancellations and no shows will be charged a £10 fee. Late Arrivals: Sessions start at the booked time. Late arrivals may reduce your shooting time. Editing/Retouching: Standard editing is included. Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges. Delivery: Final images delivered digitally within 7–14 days. Express delivery is available at an extra cost. Night Sessions: Additional lighting/setup fees are included in night prices. Usage Rights: Images provided are for personal/professional use. Commercial licensing available upon request. Travel Fees: Shoots 10 miles outside of Manchester will be charged a fee.
